Feel free to rosé the day away with our blushing pink Brut Rosé! The bright strawberry, cherry, and melon flavors in this slightly sweet, medium-dry style are sure delight all palates.
Making a consistent bubbly Rosé using the Méthode Champenoise process isn’t always easy. We use Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and Gamay lots that have a noticeable pink hue for our California Brut Rosé but the yeast used in the fermentation process removes some of the color. To adjust to the desired hue, young red wine is added in the sweetening dosage – this also adds a note of complexity to the blend right at the end. The focus is creating a California champagne that is always flavorful, bright, and aromatic.
Our California Brut Rosé pairs beautifully with a wide range of cuisines from Italian to Mediterranean to Indian and everything in between. This Rosé would also be perfect on a holiday table as it's wonderful with turkey, ham and creamy vegetable side dishes.
