Fairly deep golden colour, fine, regular bubbles. Nose opening onto brioche bread, notes of gingerbread and chalky minerals. Good balance on a medium body, melted bubbles. Nice open character, typified by sweet spices, toasted and mocha notes. Straightforward and rather elegant finish. Champagne that can be served with a dessert. Made with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes.
