Aged 11 months in American oak barrels. A honeydew and soft glow amber appearance. Zingy citrus with a hint of cloves on the nose. Sweet fruit and honey flavors, slightly spicy with mellow agave. Long developing flavors of spice and cinnamon, fading to caramel. A balanced and elegant structure.
