great wine, had the balance of body / fruit with some secondary character / mineral / spice that I like in CA cabs... Bordeaux all too often falls short on the fruit, CA pinot almost always overshoots on the fruit/body... therefore its red burg and older (pre the over-oaking post-2000 period) CA cabs / blends for me
