The saying of big things come in small packages is true white it comes to the 2015 vintage. While the yields were low, the quality was high. The growing period began with uncommonly warm temperatures in the late winter and early spring which resulted in an early bud break and bloom. We started and completed harvest the earliest in its history. 

tasting notes:
on the rim: deep, dark cherry with touches of magenta and Ferrari red

one the nose: beautiful spices like thyme, rosemary and cedar with peaches, plums and bubble bath with chocolate and black truffle lingering on pine needles and dark honey

on the palate: round, dense entrance evolving on the velvety and fruity palate, lingering on freshness of tannins with touches of Mirabelle plum, red apple pie, pears and mocha
